You can cancel your membership at any time in the first 14 days. Any refund will be calculated based on your usage up to that point.
All usage, including the 2 (hour long) rides per day is calculated at our existing pay as you go £1 per hour rate. Any difference between the membership fee paid and the usage costs will be refunded to you.
To cancel your membership, simply contact us using the support menu within the YoBike app, we aim to refund all annual memberships within 3 working days.
