- You do not have sufficient funds in your debit card or you do not have sufficient credit limit on your credit card.
- Your bank rejected the transaction.
- You are using a prepaid card.
Q: Why am I not able to register my debit or credit card?
A: Please check that your card is valid and is not locked. If the problem persists, please contact your card issuer.
Q: Why can I still not top up my e-wallet or purchase a membership after I have registered my debit or credit card?
A: There may not be sufficient funds in your debit card or sufficient credit limit on your credit card. If this is not the case then please contact us within the YoBike App, or at YoBike.co.uk
