Q: I cannot unlock the bike, I have tried scanning the QR code and entering the bike’s serial number. What should I do?
A: There may not be sufficient credit in your e-wallet. If you pay as you go you must have a minimum £1 credit in your e-wallet to use our bikes. If you have sufficient credit and the bike is still not unlocking, there may be a problem with the lock. Please inform us of the fault on our app and we will look into it.
