Q: The YoBike App says my journey has started but YoBike has failed to unlock, what should I do?
A: Occasionally the spokes, or red cable lock on YoBike can obstruct the bike's locking mechanism. This can typically fixed ending the journey within the YoBike App and gently rocking the bike forward and back. This should resolve any obstruction. You may now try to unlock YoBike again.
You will have to wait approximately 2 minutes after ending your journey, and attempting to hire YoBike again.
You will not be charged for your unsuccessful journey.
Android Users: If you are still struggling to unlock YoBike, please toggle your bluetooth on and off.
